1. Cancellation before confirmation or dispatch
You may request cancellation while an order is still under availability confirmation and before dispatch or procurement steps have started. Contact manager@pharmapeptides.ltd with your order code.
2. Limited returns
Research peptide kits may be sensitive to storage, temperature, handling, contamination risk, chain of custody, and regulatory restrictions. For those reasons, returns are not accepted unless we have expressly authorized the return in writing.
3. Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
If a shipment is damaged, incomplete, or appears incorrect, notify us promptly with your order code, photos of the package and items, and any carrier notes. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate remedy where applicable.
4. Customs and import issues
Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for import compliance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and destination restrictions. We do not guarantee refunds for customs seizure, refusal, delay, or import restrictions outside our control.
5. Refund timing
If a refund is approved, timing depends on the payment method and banking providers involved. Payment terms are provided only after order review because the website does not currently take online payment.
6. No use-based guarantees
Products are supplied for laboratory research use only. We do not provide outcome, efficacy, clinical, diagnostic, dosing, treatment, or consumption-based guarantees.
